slowly but surely
today i got snail mail from CZ and i was really surprised, i didn’t expect anything. when i opened the envelope i laughed! inside was the confirmation of the CACIL in kralupy, last year in june. meanwhile we don’t need it anymore because lilly’s title was confirmed with CACIL from galtür/january 2011 …
so if anyone of you got CACIL last year and didn’t get confirmation from belgium for the title – try it again now.

result 2003:
EU petitions
the method of petitions is often abused but there are serios petitions, too. in 2010 1,655 petitions reached the EU but only 52% fullfilled the regulations and could be processed.
2012 comes the possibility to start citicens’ initiatives. at least 7 EU-citicens from 7 different EU-countrys can collect signitures over the period of one year. if they get more than a million signitures the topic has to be processed from the EU commission.
