this will be the first coursing in austria where CCLA is possible even if 6 or more hounds of one breed are at the start. what’s normal in so many other FCI countries will be possible in austria next year, too.
in austria 2009 three irish wolfhounds got their coursing licence nearly at the same time: biddy, flower and lilly. since that time i watch the austrian results and could not find a new coursing irish wolfhound. there are some irish wolfhounds which are at coursings with their racing licence sometimes but that’s all. the number of entered irish wolfhounds at austrian coursings is decreasing. only in galtür this year there was a bigger fild caused by wolfhounds coming from germany.
theory is easy: get 2 CACIL from different countries with at least one year and one day between first and second. get one at least very good at an international show before getting the first CACIL and get second at least very good at an internationa show before you enter for the title.
