in austria 2009 three irish wolfhounds got their coursing licence nearly at the same time: biddy, flower and lilly. since that time i watch the austrian results and could not find a new coursing irish wolfhound. there are some irish wolfhounds which are at coursings with their racing licence sometimes but that’s all. the number of entered irish wolfhounds at austrian coursings is decreasing. only in galtür this year there was a bigger fild caused by wolfhounds coming from germany.
as i thought at tullamore cup last year phoebe irmidu is a very strong young coursing bitch! i saw her at the novice runs and she was my personal favorite as an up-and-coming coursing winner. now i saw the results from the CACIL coursing in slovakia where 10 irish wolfhounds where entered. guess who won it? it was phoebe of course! congrats from austria!
again edita made a great job, organising the tullamore cup! thanks for it, we really enjoyed it!
it is the perfect combination of showing, coursing & lectures for irish wolfhound owners and breeder. this time even the weather was irish, but it could not disturb 60 irish wolfhounds and their staff.
von donnerstag abend bis sonntag nachmittag fand in der nähe von telc/cz der 2. tullamore cup statt. dabei ist nur, wer eingeladen wird und ich freue mich, dass edita mich auf die gästeliste setzte. da zwei unserer drei hündinnen ausgerechnet zu diesem wochenende läufig waren, folgte ich mit lilly alleine der einladung.
